Sushmita Sen is the celebrity talent with artistic enterprises as an actress based in the Indian Film Industry at Mumbai. Sushmita was born on 19th November in the year 1975 in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh State of Southern India. She contested for the Miss India competition and grabbed the crown in the year 1994 and contended for the Miss Universe Pageant in Manila, Philippines, the same year.

At the age of 18 only, Sushmita was crowned Miss Universe in the same year 1994. This was the most historic year for the Indian population because both the prestigious crowns of Miss World and Miss Universe were awarded to the two Indian beauties Miss Aishwarya Rai and Miss Sushmita Sen, respectively.

Sushmita’s father is the retired Indian Air Force officer and her mother Subhra Sen worked as the fashion artist and jewelry designer. Sushmita has a brother – Rajeev Sen and a sister – Neelam Sen. Sushmita’s mother tongue is Bengali. Though she was born in Hyderabad, she grew up in Delhi only. She attended the school at the Air Force Golden Jubilee Institute in Delhi. She further studied English and planned her career in the journalism. Sushmita Sen has adopted a girl and named her Renee, as a single mother, in the year 2000.

Sushmita too has done dozens of feature films and still going very strong towards the apex. She has won many prestigious awards like IIFA, Filmfare, Star Screen, Zee Cine awards and so on.
