Madhuri Dixit was born on 15th May. 1967 to her father Shankar Dixit and mother Snehlata Dixit belonging to the Marathi Chitpavan Brahmin family hailing in Mumbai. She is one of the biggest stars and the award-winning Indian Bollywood actress who needs no introduction.

Joining the Parle College, she wanted to be the Micro-biologist. She is the trained dancer of the Indian traditional dancing called Kathak. She married to America based Indian Cardiovascular surgeon named Dr. Sriram Madhav Nene in 1999 and settled down with him in the United States. She is the mother of two beautiful sons Arin and Ryan.
